B-Kel Contracting has the knowledge and expertise to pressure & chemical clean historic structures. One recent project undertaken was the restoration of the external facade of Saint Ignatius Primary School in Richmond, Victoria. The school building presented with a high amount of pollution staining and bird droppings, built up over the last 50+ years. A mild chemical and medium pressure clean was used to great effect and the results were startling.
All loose and flaky surfaces were also cleaned to assist in painter's preparation
